The surgery has recently had a refit of which the waiting area has had the biggest change which is a huge benefit to the surgery. The recent change of using a local number is beneficial as well, especially when phoning from a mobile. The staff are always helpful and polite. Dr Arora always calls you back if you request a call and where possible also puts herself out to get you in to see her. It is a shame that the budget does not stretch to a better childrens area as there is the room for it. Overall we are very happy with our Doctor and our Surgery and would not change it.

Staff are always friendly and helpful and will try and arrange an appointment when you would like it. This does not always happen but it is a very busy surgery and in an emergency they can usually fit you in.

Always friendly and met with a smile - nothing is ever too much trouble. Clean, well lit and comfortable reception, kept well informed whilst waiting for appointments - 10/10!

I have been with this practice for the last 25 years. They have always been very helpful and have responded to my family’s needs, which have been quite complex at times. I have been very happy with my treatment. I have found the doctors and staff friendly, polite and they have always tried to help me, even when they are busy.
